One of the hardest things to do as an investor is controlling your emotions, especially when you are as close to the company as some of the investors on this forum.
If you believe, as I do, that the company will achieve its long-term goals I would urge you to be patient. Sometimes it's better to not look at HC, or the stock price, or wait for announcements and do something else.
Otherwise you will drive yourself completely mad continually checking for updates IMO.
