I am very happy to be on board with LMG.

Although it is difficult to quantify the increased demand in the next 5 to 10 years and beyond it is clear that the use of Magnesium (in Alloys alone) in the quest for improvements in EV efficiency through structural weight reduction, will likely be huge. That is what I am banking on anyway !!

I am sure there are others here who are riding the lithium investment wave at the moment, and have seen the effects on pricing of minerals when there is a significant supply deficit. We may well see this play out in magnesium supply chain in the medium term as the EV revolution kicks in proper.

The ‘greener’ credentials of LMG process cannot be overstated as we are seeing with supply contracts around the world.

Very exciting times ahead. I just wish things were moving a bit quicker on the path to commercialization. Perhaps, as has been suggested , a bit of a cash injection from the government wouldn’t go astray right know .
