    Many thanks for going to the site and posting - Looks like the roof could do with a paint job!!
    As fluffy as it may sound, it's worth spending 10k-20k on landscaping and beautification for presentation. It does actually make a difference of how financiers, customers and potential customers perceive the company. I guess they are in construction mode so best probably hold off for that until construction is completed.
