I guess that confirms that they can use the demo plant for Ferro-Nickel slag optimisation as well. It still perplexes me that there is nothing on their website about the Ferro-nickel slag process and its similarity to the Fly ash process ie both using the hydromet. Sometimes I wonder if they think the market is supposed to find out by osmosis.....or digging back to 2020 announcements!!

BTW, the SiO(mono oxide) is not a stable compound. It would have been a definite typo and should have been SiO2. There is reference in the industrial literature to Silicon Oxide and it actually references SiO2 or Silicon(IV) Oxide. The Silicon has valency of (+)4 and Oxygen has valency of (-)2 hence need 2 oxygens to balance the Silicon thus SiO2.
