Not sure where you heard that in the video. I have asked weather the demo and 10K plant can accommodate both feed-stocks via their website and am awaiting reply.

As an aside I visited the Latrobe Valley site last month and I can assure you that the factories pictured in the initial stages of that video bear no resemblance to their current site whatsoever which was a very old rundown building empty save for the demo plant footings boxed up with reho layed and about to be poured.
