How much is the land in Malaysia likely to cost?

I'm guessing quite a few million $ so I think the cap raise and accompanying info will be interesting.

Has the broker done the deal at 6c because an external player is underwriting the issue?

DP has put a $1b price on building the 100kt mag plant. That's clearly and profoundly outside the financial and engineering ability of LMG which brings me back to the Bechtel question. There's a lot more to this story that we aren't privy to, hopefully the cap raise info will shed some light.

Money to be made here I suspect.
