Ajjax, it's a no breaner to convert the options while the share price is above the exercise price.
Share price is currently 6.2c and exercise price 4c. In effect, you are paying 4c for something that is worth 6.2c. Forget about what you paid for the options. This should not determine whether or not you should convert.
