Likely just day traders, in and out like a fiddlers elbow. Out based upon misinterpreted information and preservation of capital.
If anyone remembers 2.1c, it is a memory that is either gone or faded. Over the next few years, when we eventually reach 8, 10, 15, 20 plus, 4.9 will likewise be long in the rearview mirror.
