Totally agree with your last sentence! Irrespective, LMG will get its $6M. Page 8 of the prospectus: "The Offer is fully underwritten by the Lead Manager, Ord Minnett." There is the risk that if Ord Minnett end up with many more than they planned, come July they may dump them all on market thus pushing the share price down however that would provide another accummulation point.
With only $1.6M our of the $18M remaining as working capital, we quite likely will be up for another CR before end of the 2025 fiscal year to help progres stage 2(& 3). Hopefully the share price will be higher by then.
