That 11.5c may be a bit too much to hope for at the moment. My expectation is that we may hit somewhere near 10c on announcement of producing ingots - and by that I mean 24hr operation of ingots production. That target will decline as they take longer and longer. There after, it will depend on what is happening with stages 2 and 3. Given that they don't know what site stage 2 will be built upon, I think they should put it on hold and go for stage 3.

I had predicted that it would wander between 3.8 and 4.8c until they announced production. I don't think it will get down to 3.8c but 4.0c is a real possibility. Depends how long we sit in limbo.
