Well, Looks like they issued the shares and options for the loan facility extension from $25M to $28M

• 16,887,500 shares issued at AUD 0.00001

also

• 33,775,000 options to be issued to the lender exercisable at $0.079 expiring 12 Aug 2027.
• 16,887,500 options to be issued on drawdown of $3M in Sep 2024 and
• 16,887,500 options to be issued on drawdown of$3M in Jun 2025.

That will take the total shares on issue to about 2.65B

. Total unlisted securites will be about 180M. Interesting that the exercise price has dropped from 10c to 7.9c for the latter issues. I take that as a realisation that they don't expect to hit 10c in October if they announce MgO production and the expectation at this stage is near 8c.
