Exactly my thoughts too guys.
the cappers at 10.5c are the ones preventing the SP from rising any higher.
In the mean time they are scooping up any impatient sellers around the 10c mark (which if memory serves me right, is the CR price)
IMO this is the smart money accumulating and taking advantage of the weak retail holders/traders.
This is why they are smart. They are patient and see the bigger picture and can afford to wait while quietly accumulating off the weak hands at only 10c.

If there is a decent announcement, like the commencement of construction of the demonstration plant, which is supposed to happen this quarter, they will be silly to try to hold the SP back…

If this announcement takes some time and the sellers dry up they will let it run by pulling their 10.5c sell orders (what I am hoping for)
and is why I predict the next stop being 12-12.5c once the SP settles…

then we will only need an announcement not long after and we could be testing 20c again imho.

All speculation of course, but the accumulation at 10c is blatantly obvious and is a great sign for any patient holders out there imo!
