It is such a bonus to have local recognisence and it is of significance and greatly appreciated.

Whilst local works in project development and progress should give buoyancy to the sp if reported periodically and of relevance, the external delays should be expected and understood if investors listen and read adequately.

I have to consider some grace and understanding for the offsite and project variables, beyond management control.

.

LMG at this stage have their fly Ash samples sent to W.A for the Hydromet Process. The samples are then sent back to VIC CSIRO for smelting and analysis.

Given the boarder constraints with W.A, the restricted workforce and limited availability of analysts within CSIRO Labs due to shut down and staff shortages, there WILL be delays.

I hope that investors are ready and steady for such project delays as I truly believe they will be short lived, yet inevitable.

David Pater Paterson is obviously a smart and experienced man. It would be prudent if he would also accept that he is not also a proficient orator that exudes confidence.

Communication must improve! I have now read many years of announcements and project goals and aspirations. The management will remain my number one concern. With an Eagle eye, we should watch for the demonstration of management competence in driving for success.
