    Indonesia is certainly in the mix as are a few other countries. My only reasoning for Japan or America is the offer of funding support for the 100,000tpa plans in combination with binding offtake and very significant distribution power.
    Choosing the best bang for buck may be other countries but I have just given my reasoning for my opinion on Japan. All speculative
