Good to know.
It does beg the question of why he couldn't notify shareholders(and the market) that there would be a delay in production start up due to a Health & Saftey incident. It takes a shareholder to phone him. He could have posted something on their website. I can't help but wonder if he is milking the incident(assuming it did happen) for time. When there is an absence of information the void will be filled with creative information - that's one of the golden rules of management communication.
I had to laugh when you quoted him about the "whiteness" implying purity. Potential investors would run a mile! What is most important is
1. the impurities(how much silicon, calcium, other metals)
2. Extraction - how much of the Mg in the fly ash(or slag) is extracted
The ineptness of management remains!
