Be good to do that against relevant company Directors & office holders after we've taken out what the company has first.
Where do I sign?

I do wonder if any CA funders would be willing to fund something like that with no assets other than Directors insurance to go after....maybe the shareholder group with @fooca could ask that question of them directly if they haven't already. No point in doing it now, we'd just be sharing what's left of our own money with the lawyers.
