Great summary. The only thing I’d add is that you probably won’t get one LLL share for each FFX share that you own - probably a fraction of the number. For example, using the 26.5c per FFX valuation of Leo, you might be allocated say half the number of LLL shares, which would then trade at 53c… or one third at 79.5c, etc. It all depends on how many shares on issue the board decides is best.
