Unlikely they will issue 1/1 with close to a billion SOI
My guess somewhere around the 300k mark
So you'll probably get around 1 share in LLL for each 3-4 shares held in FFX
The number of SOI makes no difference, the market cap will remain the same
Prior to the Listing it will be set by the prospectus (an educated guess with a discount)
Then upon listing the market will determine the SP hence market cap.
