I haven't worked it out in aaaaaaaaaaaaaages. Since I've found this saga to be very depressing and stressful - not unlike most other share holders, I suspect!...

I think it is something like the following...and is basically what you have in your post...

Our per share, share of the cash on hand and our per share, share of the Tranch 1 that FFX got from LLL. (don't know the actual $ amounts sorry).

Then , I'm unsure as to what happens next.

If LLL return a portion of their tranche 2 proceeds to their share holders, then FFX would get that and would then have to distribute that cash to each share holder (per share).

And then FFX would give each share holder their share of the LLL shares that FFX hold...I think.

What I'm more less hoping is that FFX do this in two payments/stages = 1. distribute the cash on hand and our share of the tranche 1 - ASAP and 2. distribute our share of the LLL shares as soon as possible , after it becomes apparent what LLL are doing with Their Tranche 2 etc...

P.S.

I do wonder if the FFX holding of some 17% in LLL , might be used as part of a deal that LLL makes to buy a project etc. For example as part of a deal that LLL makes for a project - the 'Vendor' may want a up to 19% holding in LLL - so FFX holders would then get the cash equivalent (of our 17 odd %)?
