I believe a non-eligible shareholder (address outside of Australia or New Zealand) simply gets no shares of the newly created company (LLL), and no compensation. Might be best to sell FFX just before the cut-off date and then rebuy FFX and/or LLL later on.
If I am mistaken in this understanding, I would much appreciate a correction.
