It will not be 1:10 and we won’t just get 20%. We have spoken about this at length.
The valuation of both companies (FFX gold and LEO Lithium) at this stage are very similar even with our 30-40% of the LEO company and even considering a discount to NPV. So the split can not be 1:10. Not unless the new company trades at $4-$5
