Do you think it likely the the raise will be done in-specie? I don't think they'll take over subscriptions and reduce their overall holding from 20%, however the latest raise seems to suggest they really value a generous cash buffer.
An in-specie raise is definitely the most fair for those currently long who already have their positions. Those with small positions waiting to invest more heavily in Leo through the offer will be bitterly disappointed if this is the case.
Once prospectus is out and IF it is done in-specie, I imagine there will be enormous demand for FFX to
ensure a larger position in Leo prior to listing.
I have increased my holding over the last month or so and am very excited for the coming months!
