I think most logical people would be able to see now that the capital raises have put us in an extremely strong position. We have exactly what we need in times that interest rates on debt will begin increasing we have a healthy bank balance.

People are nervous about the sky falling in with the globs stock markets and they will pull their money. We are definitely seeing our fair share of short term pain.
