I’m confused, Would you actually class your response there as generic ?

by all accounts, that is there correct answer for your question… To expand on that, You have chosen to go through a publicist instead of direct to the company. If you are wanting the latest response, I’d advise to go direct to the company however in this case, I believe she has advised you as far as the company could as well.

a generic response would have been “thanks for your question, the company is working very hard to ensure the demerger moves forward as quickly as possible.”

i believe your received response has substance.
