The longer the transfer of the mining license is delayed the worse this is. The transfer is the key. I assume the president himself will have to sign off on the transfer. Sanctions would be biting hard. For all we know, Goita could be trying to extract millions from us before he signs. If the government is broke, why wouldn't he see what he can get from us? That's my biggest concern right now.

There's clearly a reason for the delay. It was meant to have been transferred early this year.
