Seriously? - other than Ganfeng being our Joint Venture partner and supportive of the JV, and having only 2 Malian related conditions precedent for the joint venture to proceed - being Malian government approvals and the transfer of licence. The company made the decision to demerger 12 months ago and they knew the licence transfer was a condition when the entered into the agreement with Ganfeng in June, to which they also stated the licence could have been transferred earlier (August announcement), so why is this still ongoing?

~ Mike and Simon should be getting it right, thats what they get paid a lot of money to run these company's for, and that also why we appointed them for their expertise!
~ If Firefinch didn't demerger, we wouldn't be having these discussions! The company's would have completed the Joint Venture conditions and got on with it ........
~ The joint venture was across 3 jurisdictions not the demerger!
As previously posted, we need to stop making excuses for the delay in the demerger based on assumptions / opinions / thoughts ~ all bought on by the lack of communications from the company ~ simples.
The Joint Venture went smoothly with only one slight delay with the transaction documents being 2 weeks later than the partners first thought.
cheers
