IMO, I don't know about anyone else, but I will expect to know who the "proposed" senior executives / board members are hence why:
~ the proposed Board of Leo Lithium will be advised in the Short Form and/or Long Form prospectuses?
~ I haven't seen a prospectus for a listing that doesn't have the "proposed" board.
~ an extreme example, how would your investment strategy change if an ex BGS board member was a "proposed" director for Leo Lithium??

@52570 Kevin Joyce isn't listed as a shareholder of Leopard Lithium but it wouldn't exclude the thought of him walking around with pick in hand on their tenements
~ who knows, but with Leopard Lithium's intel via contacts with Gas Super fund, it may be an acquisition for Leo in the making?
~ I agree with costs currently provided by FFX and attributed to Leo Lithium will be reimbursed.
