A few ASX companies have demerged assets into other listed companies and usually provide a webinar or presentation after the announcement. It just seems to be the same process for FFX which they have followed in the past.
eg,
ILU to DRR demerger - announcement re demerger booklet and presentation the same day 10 sept 2020
MTC to WR1 demerger - announcement re general meeting including demerger details 3/9/2020 and presentation on 9 sept 2020
