The record date is the specified date where all FFX owners are recognised and allocated for the future LLL share distribution.

FFX will run up before the record date as people try to get their share of Leo (the only way at this point is by owning FFX at this date).

As soon as this date has passed, FFX shares will only indicate ownership of FFX Gold plus 20% of LLL, so you would expect a significant pull-back on the share price - theoretically equivalent to 80% of Leo Lithium's share of Goulamina.

thanks for that Corribus appreciate it!! If you also have shares in your smsf how does that work when you are allocated for your LLL shares if its not within the asx300 etc..as i said havent seen a demerger b4 haha cheers mate
