Yes I think it has cost shareholders about that much. I have very little doubt indeed that had LLL demerged last July prior to the massive CRs to support Morilla it would be at $2.50 by itself today. Then add on whatever Morilla might bring I guess.
I don't think (m)any of us would ascribe the rise in the SP here to canny management. Do you? I'd frankly be astounded if so. It's been down to the lithium price, no?
Your argument (the SP went up you should be happy with management) seems a poor one and might be summarised as. "Mike only punched me in the balls 8 times when he could have done it 16". Gee, great. I don't ask for much from management - but keeping shareholders informed, executing the stated plan, and doing better than any punter off the street could manage with CRs is a good start.
Re ASIC, It's hardly a threat, I'm well aware of how little a complaint will mean, but it needs to happen when management are failing in their duties as they appear to be IMHO. Though surely there has to be an announcement next week to align with the AGM so hopefully it's moot point and saves me that ten minutes of my life.
Anyways the deal is largely done, and I can see value coming - why I continue to hold and will hold both LLL and FFX. I can just also see missed opportunity for greater value to be realised earlier had we had better decision making from management. And as I believe this is a forum for such discussion I'll carry on despite your snark.
