Fact is FFX at the moment is both gold + lithium, the Board has a responsibility to look after both business'. The Board put out tenders for debt financing & also looked at equity financing. They chose the latter, although we now know the details of the equity financing, we don't know what terms & conditions the debt financing presented. I trust the Board to have made the right decision.

The Board also chose to demerge after the JV was complete. No one complained at the time about that decision. At the time I doubt they knew how drawn out the process would be and with hindsight may have made a different decision. But to demerge 1st, then do the JV would have delayed the project, I'm glad they decided not to do it that way.

Share Price doesn't mean anything unless you're selling. The main thing is both projects are ahead of schedule with strong Gold & Lithium prices. The share price will take care of itself once the market realises how successful both projects will be.

Actually share price DOES mean something...

When the NASFAQ craps itself again id rather we fall from $3 instead of $1.10 cause that increases my cushion to having to call the nurse.....

Oh, and dreams of buying that Tesla EV in the future are far easier when my portfolio shows a much larger green paper profit on my accounts....

So yea, SP does mean something, else we'd all be happy with a 18c SP saying, she'll be good in 2024... :-(
