Ah that would make sense, but interensting to see how they can quantify 'fair market value' in the form of a tax-free period.

if this is their chosen method, then both Leo and Ganfeng have even more of an incentive to get stage 2 up and running ASAP to take advantage of high lithium prices as well as tax exemptions.
