No, the 5th of May was not the cutoff date for the free LLL shares. The 5th May was the record date for the pro-rata (1/10.33) LLL shares.
If you hold FFX shares just prior to the AGM you will get the "free" LLL shares as part of the demerger, if it is approved by the shareholders at the AGM.
