The ref no. With your bpay Is in essence your personal acct for LLL to draw down funds at the close of each offer.
If you have enough funds to fulfil your full entitlement as at the cut off tomorrow you will be deemed to be able to go into the shortfall. Any funds left over plus anything you add prior to close of the offer on Thursday will go in the shortfall calculation.
As @redbarron has pointed out you must make sure you have sent funds to fulfill your full entitlement to be considered in the shortfall.
Any excess funds not accepted due to over subscription will be returned to the bank acct computershare has on record, if in doubt check your personal details in your computershare acct.
