I'm just thinking that maybe one of the Ganfeng/LLL considerations would be to increase the capacity of the plant thereby increasing the capital cost/NPV. Ganfeng have committed to @$US200m. So I assume any increase would be split 50/50. I wouldn't be surprised if LLL raised its 50% share of what is required to achieve the production increase.
Any thoughts? please discuss
