    It means it has been a money pit that has heavily diluted the Li side, refurb costs + time + feedstock underestimated. Still requires further funding Q4, to say I'm livid at todays MC is an understatement, this hasnt been handled properly imo. The plant is worth $300m, the resource billions and yet valued at $0 or less. stinks
