No its not linear.. as you dont have equal FFX and LLL shares.. you just have 71.42% of FFX shares in LLL .. right now equation is

(0.7*FFX /1.4)+0.35(FFX)

I know everyone will be in negative today as FFX is just a bit oversold than expectations but I have no doubt we will more than make up for it the time of LLL listing.. Unless some GS like carp fux us all again
