It looks like the latest news out of Mali re election time lines are being looked on in a very positive way by the ECOWAS member countries see below,

Indeed, according to Minister Abdoulaye Diop, the report presented during the work by the mediator Goodluck Jonathan was "welcomed favorably by the delegations present". This report, he said, is based on the proposals made by the government of Mali, including that relating to 24 months (March 22, 2022-March 2024).
