    This might be a dumb question, but could that 20% already be priced in to FFX’s SP? Holders already know that FFX hold 20% of LLL so really the only thing that could happen is some extra upwards pressure if LLL lists above what we are expecting, or some extra downwards pressure if it lists below what is expected.
