Yes FFX is the holder of approximately 240M shares of LLL. This isn't vslue that suddenly gets added to the FFX price unfortunately. So they are supposed to be priced in at the moment.
Obviously we and the market don't know what value the LLL shares will have on open. But these share are currently in the possession of FFX and unlike LLL it is trading, which includes the LLL shares.

So either FFX is ridiculously cheap or it bosed very bad for the LLL open, or a combination of those two.

I think FFX is to cheap based on the gold alone. I don't think the market knows what it is doing at the moment.
