The company paid him a Short Term Incentive (STI) cash bonus of $50,000 last financial year for the period of employment 4th April - 30th June.
He can earn a STI cash bonus of 30% ($165,000) - 50% ($275,000) of his Total Fixed Remuneration of $550,000 (TFR) annually.
The STI's for 1st July 2021 - 30th June 2022 are indicated in the year ending 2021 Annual Report but I cannot find what the STI KPI's were based on for the previous year.
I had corresponded with the company via emails over this based on STI's are tested annually 1st July - 30th June, but he was paid his full STI (pro rata basis) for the minimal time worked.
Spending last quarter was more than $43m? the cash flow from operating activities included $30.3m in receipts.
cheers
