    Well the part that doesn't make sense in all of this is... The equipment wasn't available so there was reduced production. But allegedly all of the expensive pre-strip had already been done. So if the machines aren't running and they're waiting on parts... What the hell are they spending money on? Can't be production and the malian workers get paid eff all.
