Which brings me back to the fact it seems like incompetence.
MA was to busy doing interviews and going to lunch with Euroz instead of being on the ground and across the detail. Was far to reliant on reports from Mali instead of having people on the ground confirming things were going to plan. Makes me wonder how much money has been siphoned off by dodgy contractors.
