Incredible he neither resigned nor was sacked for poor performance (which on the then current face of it seemed warranted IMHO) thus remained eligible for his $450k payout on leaving.
Certainly left me wondering about how the company was acting in SH interests in agreeing to that …and gave rise to my own personal suspicions it was hush money for what had actually gone on the last month as they struggled to get the demerger finally done.

I really do hope legal action arises to get to the truth of it.
