You simply cannot expect to spectacularly fail iin your duties as a Board Member or Chair of a major Malian mining operation (as it appears to me they have done) and expect to continue in another identical role with a linked company.,

Sure it’s true the discontent is driven by holders, it bloody well should be! If they had any decency or regard for holders they ought to have resigned already. Zero accountability should not be accepted. For the good of LLL they must resign and competent operationally experienced miners or mine project builders be put in their place.
