because in 18 /24 months time these shares in escrow maybe worth 30/40 cents say , then I believe this will be helpful to all current holders

if FFX continue to trade they could be worth 30/40 cents whilst in escrow but it doesn't mean our SP/MC will reflect that in time , the MC may remain half the asset price due to past history ...so this is why the holders should own this shares now
