I am very sorry this has happened, contrary to what a few say I hate seeing investors lose money, I have seen this unfold a few times and been caught in it myself, I suggested prior to the demerger to look at who was selling, I saw it, there was nearly $4 million worth by 2 holders, I suggest going back and rechecking, apparently you have a board that won’t talk to the shareholders, they have a PR firm in place for that, you don’t have a resource yet you have full board and management, none of who are contactable, I have never been a fan of 249D however I think this is the way to go right now, do nothing, get nothing, good luck
