I think the SPP will easily get over the line without a sweetener.
Last year the Goulamina DFS was released the day prior to the SPP closure, so you just never know.
I don't think anyone said an announcement would "surely drop" - just a bit of speculation.
Funny how when the SP drops a few cents the doomsdayers come out, not a peep when its up.
