    The only ones who could be disgruntled are the one participating in the SPP and want to sell when issued and looking for an easy 15-20%. I personal feel these people will be disappointed short term as once SPP complete we maybe see a drop to low 60's. I think SP holding well, be happy once SPP complete and we can all move forward.
