In fairness it was me that speculated there was a high chance of a positive announcement to help get the very large SPP over the line. It was always the size of the SPP that I thought was very different from the garden variety usual $5m-$10m SPP.
We still have 2 days to go before it closes, so shouldn't be making judgements just yet. I plan to revisit this over the weekend.
